DESCRIPTION
Calling all PSC HR experts. Join PSC’s Human Resources and Labor Policy Committee on Thursday, February 5 at 10am for a virtual meeting with key leaders of the DC chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (DC SHRM). Each year DC SHRM conducts a critical survey to determine salary and compensation rates for almost 600 job categories seen in many employers in the Washington-Baltimore-Northern VA area.

The survey report includes a special cut for Government Contractors, co-sponsored by PSC. Hearing from PSC members is crucial for DC SHRM and PSC to ensure that the survey continues to serve the needs of the community. We will discuss the current and recently added employment categories and hope to hear from you regarding which changes to jobs, policies, and practices you feel would be most beneficial as well as which aspects of the annual survey you find most useful.
