PSC Briefing: OMB M-26-10 — What It Means for Industry

Join PSC for an urgent briefing on OMB Memorandum M-26-10: “Reinforcing Transparency, Accountability, and Oversight of Federal Technology.”

This new memo has significant implications for federal IT contractors, including mandatory disclosure of pricing and utilization data to the government, which can then be shared across all agencies.

Key topics will include the following:
(1) Impact on contractor price negotiation. 
(2) New mandatory solicitation and contract clauses.
(3) Enhanced CIO approval requirements.
