Join PSC for a joint Veterans Affairs Task Force and Technology Council program with Charles Worthington, Chief Technology Officer, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This program follows the Digital Transformation Supporting the Veteran panel at the PSC Tech Trends Conference last month and is part of a series of dialogues with VA executives on modernization.

Charles Worthington is the Chief Technology
Officer at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Charles is a developer and
product designer focusing on web and mobile software. Previously, Charles
helped build the United States Digital Service, a team of world-class
developers, designers and product experts working in government with the goal
of transforming the government's most important services. Charles also served as a
Senior Advisor to the U.S. Chief Technology Officer at the White House Office
of Science and Technology Policy, where he helped lay the groundwork for the
creation of the Digital Service.

Vice President, Civilian Agencies
Bradley Saull is the VP for Civilian Agencies at the Professional Services Council, where he leads the association’s policy and programming for federal government civilian departments and agencies with a particular focus on the Departments of Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs, and Health and Human Services.

ABOUT Civilian Agencies Council
The Civilian Agencies Council focuses on the acquisition policies and strategies of the civilian agencies, including the departments of Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs, Health and Human Services, Energy and others. The Civilian Agencies Council conducts programs to inform member companies about civilian agencies’ policies and initiatives, and serves as a forum for greater dialogue between PSC and the civilian agencies through regular meetings, timely programs, and various other forums.
