Discussion with Grants Quality Service Management Office

Discussion with Grants Quality Service Management Office
DESCRIPTION
Join PSC for a discussion with Mr. Chad Clifford, Executive Director of the Grants Quality Service Management Office (QSMO) at HHS. The QSMO’s work is anchored by the Grants QSMO 2030 Vision to empower and enable applicants, recipients, and federal awarding agencies to efficiently and effectively deliver on mission. While housed within HHS, their work is aimed at improving grants management across the entire federal enterprise. Therefore, this program should appeal to civilian and technology companies across many government agency customers. Mr. Clifford will provide an update on ongoing efforts and forward-looking goals.

Chad Clifford came to HHS with perspective gained over the past 15 years in support of FEMA’s Office of Chief Counsel and the Grant Programs Directorate. As a White House Leadership Development Program Fellow, Chad led efforts to implement The President’s Management Agenda and Cross-Agency Priority (CAP) Goal 8, Results-Oriented Accountability for Grants.

If you have questions or topics for Mr. Clifford to address during his remarks, please send them to policy@pscouncil.org. We will compile and share your thoughts with Mr. Clifford before the event so that he knows what is top of mind for industry.
