On March 10, PSC’s Business and Industry Development (BID) Group will host a virtual discussion focused on actionable strategies to help businesses remain resilient and competitive in today’s federal marketplace. The discussion will address how companies can: strengthen liquidity and manage cash flow through available credit solutions, including receivables-based financing, particularly during periods of contract descoping, terminations, and stop-work orders; Navigate evolving Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements and assess their operational and financial implications for federal contractors, with particular focus on how small businesses can finance these often extremely costly processes; Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities created by the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul; and Position their organizations for sustainable growth amid a rapidly changing regulatory and acquisition environment. Speakers will include Traci Shepps, Partner, Cherry Bekeart Advisory LLC, Government Contractor Consulting Services, Edward Spenceley, Senior Vice President, National Government Contracting Executive - Commercial Banking, Bank of America.
