Civilian markets present many choices for strategic planners given the diversity of customer organizations and market needs. However, this breadth of opportunity can create strategic planning challenges for companies that need to focus and make choices about how and where to deploy finite resources. This session will include a discussion of portfolio management, portfolio diversity, risk exposure, contract vehicle access, teaming partners and the various strategic planning levers that companies use such as organic growth, inorganic growth and strategic hires.

Conference registration cancellations received 5 business days in advance will receive a full refund; cancellations within 5 business days will not receive a refund but can transfer their registration.
