Timothy Langan
Executive Assistant Director of the Criminal, Cyber, Response and Services Branch, FBI
Director Christopher Wray named Timothy Langan as the executive assistant director of the Criminal, Cyber, Response, and Services Branch at FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC where he oversees the Criminal Investigative, Cyber, International Operations, and Victim Services Divisions, as well as the Critical Incident Response Group. Mr. Langan most recently served as the assistant director of the Counterterrorism Division at Headquarters, where he oversaw the FBI’s international and domestic terrorism investigations. Mr. Langan transferred in 2018 to the International Operations Division at Headquarters as a section chief, overseeing operational units covering Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. In 2019, he was named the special agent in charge of the Kansas City Field Office in Missouri. He was promoted to assistant director of the Counterterrorism Division in 2021.

Tien is the first Asian American to be confirmed as the Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security. Prior to becoming the Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security, Tien spent ten years serving in senior executive roles in the critical infrastructure financial services sector as a managing director at Citigroup. As a chief operating officer, he provided customer service support to tens of millions of customers to include safeguarding their accounts against fraud, data breaches, and other cyber threats. |

Jon DeLena
Associate Administrator, DEA
Mr. Jon C. DeLena is the Associate Administrator of Business Operations for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). In this role, Mr. DeLena is responsible for overseeing all matters concerning personnel, compliance, budget and finance, information systems, and training. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. DeLena served as the Deputy Special Agent in Charge of the New England Field Division. Mr. DeLena had oversight of DEA operations in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. Mr. DeLena is in his 30th year of law enforcement, 26 of which has been spent with DEA.

Chris Bennethum
Assistant Commissioner, GSA Assisted Acquisitions
Chris Bennethum is the Assistant Commissioner for GSA’s Office of Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) within the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). In this position, Mr. Bennethum is responsible for overseeing AAS’ delivery of over $9 billion in custom acquisition, project and financial management services, enabling customers’ missions worldwide. AAS specializes in complex, sensitive and mission-critical projects that are offered to federal clients on a fee-for-service basis through twelve nationally-located Client Support Centers (CSCs).

Mike Collett
Senior Director, Business Development & Strategy, DOJ at ASRC Federal
Michael Collett is the Senior Director for Business Development and Strategy for the Department of Justice (DOJ) at ASRC Federal, with now over five years in the industry after retiring from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Collett retired from the DEA in 2017 after serving 27 years as a DEA Special Agent. His final assignment was the Assistant Special Agent in Charge serving as the primary operations liaison to the FBI’s National Joint Terrorism Task Force. Prior to DEA, Collett served active duty as a U.S. Army Special Operations Senior Sergeant from 1980 to 1990 with the 7th Special Forces Group and a Special Mission Unit. Collett obtained the rank of Command Sergeant Major with a California Army National Guard of a Military Intelligence Battalion.

Nick Dimos

Nick Dimos is the Assistant Director/Chief Financial Officer of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Finance and Facilities Division. In this role he is responsible for FBI facilities management/construction, accounting, budget, and procurement operations as well as the management of financial systems. Prior to this position, he served several years in support of FBI budget management, to include coordination of budget formulation and execution, with a focus on National Intelligence Program (NIP) resources. He also served on the development team of the FBI’s financial management system. Nick is originally from Indiana, and before coming to the FBI, he was a middle school science teacher with Teach for America in Philadelphia.

Mr. Madhugiri joined U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in 2019 as a Chief Architect. He current serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Acting Chief Data Officer (CDO) for CBP’s Office of Information and Technology (OIT). Telly Renfroe is the Deputy Director of the Procurement Services Staff (PSS) with the Justice Management Division (JMD), Department of Justice (DOJ). He holds an MBA from Webster University and a Masters of Program Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. He is FAC-C Level 3 certified in Contracting by the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI). He retired from the United States Marine Corps after serving honorably for 20 years. During his military career, he served in several significant capacities and positions in which he gained an expansive repertoire of knowledge and experience. After he retired from the Marine Corps, he served as the Director of Contracts for a non-profit organization helping to employ people with differing abilities. He went on to serve as the IT Contracting Chief for the Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).

Ray Schuler
Deputy Assistant Director, Cyber and Operational Technology
Harley Ray Shuler serves as the Deputy Assistant Director for Operational Technology within Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Cyber and Operational Technology, where he manages the development and implementation of information technology programs and initiatives in support of HSI’s law enforcement mission, and oversees the advancement of cutting-edge analytical and operational support tools used to combat crime. He directs a highly technical team of specialists responsible for the HSI Innovation Lab, which serves as HSI’s centralized hub for the development of new advanced analytics capabilities, tools, and enhanced business processes. In addition, he oversees Technical Operations, which provides U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement components with innovative electronic surveillance equipment and support for criminal investigations and national security operations and manages all Title-III and Linguistics Programs; and provides statistical reporting and data quality analysis for HSI. He is also currently the Acting Deputy Assistant Director over the Cyber Crimes Center, directing agency resources dedicated to combating child exploitation and other cyber crimes, and developing next generation computer forensics tools and technologies in support of cyber investigations. |
