Labor Policy

Government contractors are subject to a broad regime of federal laws, regulations, and—increasingly—Executive Orders, dictating who they must hire and how they should manage their workforce. PSC keeps member companies up to date on labor policies and initiatives by OMB, the Labor Department, and others, including through training on key requirements such as those of the Service Contract Act.
