Jean is responsible for managing the coordination and execution of PSC’s events, including the Annual Conference, member meetings and a variety of programs in between. If you’ve ever called to request information about an event, had questions about registration or were looking to discuss sponsorship opportunities, chances are you spoke with Jean! She values great customer service and engaging with members via email, phone or in person is one of her favorite aspects of the job.
Prior to joining PSC in 2011, Jean spent time working for a government contractor and worked in the hospitality industry. She graduated from Virginia Tech, where she received me Bachelors in International Relations. If it’s a nice day, chances are you can catch her hiking out in the mountains or out on a bike trail.
