As the Vice President of Membership for PSC, Matthew is responsible for overseeing membership engagement, recruitment and sponsorships across the organization.
Matthew is an accomplished association executive with nearly two decades of experience leading membership strategy, business development, and customer engagement for national and international trade associations. Before joining PSC as Vice President of Membership, he served as Associate Vice President of Membership at the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), driving strategic growth initiatives and member retention activities for a network of federal and grant funded health centers across the country. Additionally, he developed programs to enhance the member experience and improve membership operations and customer service.
Prior to that, he led membership strategy in the global stability operations sector, and in the contracting and policy sectors including a lengthy previous tenure of progressive leadership growth with PSC. During that time, he modernized systems, improved onboarding processes, implemented member engagement scoring models, and consistently exceeded revenue and retention goals.
Matthew’s career reflects a proven ability to navigate complex policy environments while delivering measurable value to members across diverse and highly specialized industries. By combining strategic vision with operational excellence, he has built trusted relationships, elevated member engagement, and positioned associations to thrive in competitive and rapidly evolving environment.
A native of West Columbia, South Carolina, he is a graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication.
