PSC and Northern Virginia Chamber Name Anne Altman Hall of Fame Honoree and Francis S. Collins, M.D., Ph.D. Public Sector Partner at the 2021 Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards™ 
PSC Members Among the Winners Announced at the 19th Annual Awards Gala on November 3 



   
Arlington, Va. (Nov. 5, 2021)
 The Professional Services Council (PSC) and Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce (Northern Virginia Chamber) named Anne K. Altman the 2021 Hall of Fame Honoree and Francis S. Collins, M.D., Ph.D. this year’s Public Sector Partner during the 19th Annual Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards™ (GovCon Awards) on November 3. 

The GovCon Awards are the premier awards event for the Washington area government contracting community. The purpose of the GovCon Awards is to honor the exceptional work of the leaders and businesses in the region's government contracting sector. 

Altman is Co-Founder and CEO of Everyone Matters, Inc., a social impact enterprise founded to ensure that everyone has equal access to citizen-based services, healthcare and education. Dr. Collins, the Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), was named this year’s Public Sector Partner for his contributions to the greater community, particularly during the recent COVID-19 pandemic.

Seven winners in both the Contractor of the Year and Executive of the Year categories were also named. 

The 2021 Washington Government Contractor Awards Winners are: 

Contractor of the Year 
Up To $25 Million: Kreative Technologies 
$25 – 75 Million: Metron, Inc. 
$75 – 300 Million: REI Systems, Inc. *PSC member
Over $300 Million: Accenture Federal Services *PSC member

Executive of the Year 
Up to $75 Million: Ki Ho Kang, KIHOMAC 
$75 – 300 Million: Kendall Holbrook, Dev Technology Group, Inc. 
Over $300 Million: Nazzic Keene, SAIC *PSC member

Program of the Year, Large: OptumServe 

Program of the Year, Small: Pueo Business Solutions, LLC 

“The contractor industry, including our member companies, has risen to the challenges of the past year, whether from COVID-19, work-force issues, a new administration, or the government customers’ evolving needs. PSC recognizes the 2021 Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards finalists who represent the best in the business at responding to these challenges and extends congratulations to the winners who achieved in-credible results.
