NIST Releases a Discussion Draft of CSF 2.0

On Monday, April 24, 2023, the National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) released a Discussion Draft of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 Core, which identifies potential Functions, Categories, and Subcategories (also called cybersecurity outcomes) of the CSF 2.0 Core. NIST published this document to increase transparency in the CSF 2.0 process, to encourage discussion, and to inform further development of the CSF 2.0 Draft. NIST welcomes feedback on this draft at any time; you can send your comments directly to cyberframework@nist.gov.
