PSC Comments on GSA's Alliant 3 Second Draft Request for Proposal
On Tuesday, January 16, PSC Submitted comments to the General Services Administration’s second draft request for proposal. PSC’s response included 20 comments advocating for better competitive opportunities within the final Requests for Proposals, opposition to phased awards, and comments on SCRM.
