
Former PSC Chair and Industry Luminary John Toups Passes

John Toups passed away July 14, 2018 at age 92 surrounded by his loved ones. John was a solider, father, husband, teacher, engineer, mentor and leader of the federal contracting industry and he did them all with the kindness and vision that reverberated long after his retirement.
Serving as the chair of Professional Services Council in the mid-1980s, John played a leading role to ensure the continued growth and maturity of the government’s professional services industry. He was also the recipient of PSC’s highest honor, the Robert Kruger Award.
