PSC members are invited to attend a sit-down discussion with a DoD official regarding the proposed Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act (FIRRMA) that would reform the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). This meeting will be off the record and closed to the press.
