Government Affairs Committee Meeting

Government Affairs Committee Meeting

GUEST SPEAKER
In January, the Department of Defense released 5000.02, referred to as the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF). According to DoD, the 5000 series were updated to reflect the new set of key tenets of the Defense Acquisition System with new policies for each acquisition pathway and functional area.
Join PSC for our next Government Affairs Committee meeting on Friday, March 6 to hear from David Cadman, Director, Acquisition Analytics and Policy, USD(A&S), who played an integral role in developing the AAF.

DESCRIPTION
The Government Affairs Committee (GAC) meets the first Friday of every month and is often referred to as “the best information exchange in town.” Each meeting features a special government guest discussing, on a non-attribution basis, one or more critical legislative, regulatory, or other policy issues. The second half of each meeting is the information exchange, where up-to-date information and materials on relevant issues and recent policy developments are disseminated and discussed.
