CIDC PROCUREMENT REFORM TASK FORCE In lieu of a Speak/General Membership meeting this month, we will be convening our Procurement Reform Task Force instead – all are welcome to attend, even if you have not participated in a prior PRTF event. Attendees will be asked to discuss Barriers to Entry or other aspects of International Development that inhibit new entrants – both here in the US and in-country. Additionally, we will discuss topics for a potential Reverse Industry Day with USAID that will hopefully take place in April.
