DESCRIPTION
PSC intends to submit comments to the Federal government before the deadline September 28, 2021, on its proposed rule implementing EO14005, which will amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to address domestic preferences in government procurement. PSC is holding this virtual member meeting to discuss with PSC members any potential impacts of this proposed rule to help inform its comments.
