PSC Hosts Session for Federal Contractors on Preparing for Potential Government Shutdown or Debt Ceiling Breach
|
WHAT: The Professional Services Council (PSC) will host a session Aug. 14 to discuss the implications and proactive actions that federal contractors can take for a possible government shutdown, where all but essential operations would temporarily shut down. Whether this occurs on or after Oct. 1, the impacts would be significant. At the same time, the government also risks hitting the debt ceiling, and the rules for contractors for a debt ceiling breach are different from a shutdown. PSC will discuss the proactive actions that contractors should take. View more info here.
